Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, part-time Special Procedures Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) in Roswell, NM. You will provide professional nursing care to patients with specialty needs, and be a leader during high acuity procedural situations.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in a critical setting, ensuring adherence to care standards and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing.
• Competent in Moderate Sedation.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within specified timelines.
• NM nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per standards for specialty care patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients in critical care or at risk of crisis.

Responsibilities

• According to nursing care standards, provides professional nursing care services to patients with a specialty care needs.
• Has responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patients that are in a critical care setting or potentially result in patient crisis situation.
• Seen as a leader during patient high acuity procedural situations.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum: Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing
• Competent in Moderate Sedation
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• ACLS
• PALS
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Two (2) year critical care experience
• Critical Care Certification, and/or Certified Radiology RN (CRN)
