St. Francis Healthcare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) on a PRN basis in California. The role offers flexible AM, PM, and NOC shifts with a pay rate of $50.00 per hour.

You will work within a dedicated nursing team to deliver resident-centered care and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and CNAs to maintain high clinical standards. Ideal candidates hold an active California RN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
• Supervise and mentor CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality resident care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and respect.
• Respond confidently and effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs.

Qualifications

• Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
