Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Provide nursing oversight throughout the NOC shift.
