Qualifications

• California RN license required or active in CA.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists for quality care.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff; provide mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care; respect dignity.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changing needs.
