Bay Area Endoscopy Center is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a cutting-edge gastroenterology facility. Qualifications

Bay Area Endoscopy Center, located in Castro Valley, CA, is hiring a per-diem Registered Nurse (RN).

Bay Area Endoscopy Center is a state-of-the-art facility specializing in gastroenterology and endoscopic procedures. The Registered Nurse, under the general direction of the Administrator, provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, treatment, and evaluation of patients. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, educative, and individualized care to patients and families.

We offer a competitive pay range of $48.00 to $70.00 per hour!

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in the state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• 1-3 years' experience in PreOP/PACU (preferred)
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center (strongly preferred)
• Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of surgical patients
• Understanding of aseptic techniques
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills with staff, patients, and physicians
