Position: FT Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse

Monocacy Surgery Center is seeking a motivated FT Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. We believe health and care are inseparable. Our mission is to care for every patient and their family as if they were our own. Each patient, each family, every time.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-Op/PACU provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. They support the mission, vision, and values of the organization by delivering safe, effective, and patient-family centered care in perioperative services for all patient populations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school
• At least 1-3 years' experience in PreOp/PACU
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of surgical patients
• Understanding of aseptic techniques
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions

Pay Range

Min: $39.00 - Max: $50.64
Wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.
