Avina of Kenosha is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing functions performed by Certified Nursing Assistants, coordinating all aspects of resident care with other disciplines in the facility.
Duties include administering medications, reviewing orders, documenting resident information, participating in care conferences, and supporting the admission/discharge process; a Wisconsin RN license is required.
Must have current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin.
The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide quality nursing care to our residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing functions performed by the Certified Nursing Assistants. The Registered Nurse (RN) is also responsible to coordinate all aspects of a resident’s care with other disciplines in the facility. Job duties are in accordance with the current Federal and State regulations that govern the facility.
