We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters.

Casual/per diem nurse positions available for all shifts at a convent home for Franciscan sisters in Buffalo (Pine Ridge and Doat Street, Cheektowaga area, near Villanova College campus).

The salary rate is $34.00 - $42.00 per hour for RNs. Wage will be determined based on relevant work experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, being responsible and accountable for their well-being.
• Manage multiple priorities and oversee Nurse Aides to ensure high-quality care and support.
• Assist with resident care activities, including medication distribution, narcotic record maintenance, charting, and related duties.
• Contribute to a warm, caring environment that supports the religious life of the sisters through teamwork and meaningful interactions.

Education and Experience:

• Current RN license in the state where the convent home is located.
• License in good standing.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred, with long-term care experience being a plus.
