Job summary

West Boca Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide comprehensive nursing care with a focus on safety and patient outcomes.

You will coordinate care with the care team, families, and physicians to ensure efficient, compassionate service while maintaining high standards of practice. Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, Florida RN licensure, and BLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on patient and family needs.
• Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, infection control.

Job Shift: Nights

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $10,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum: Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum: One (1) year recent experience in a PEDIATRIC UNIT preferred

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION

• Registered Nurse - Licensed in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS, PALS, NRP certifications
