Job summary

West Boca Medical Center is seeking a Night Shift RN for a full-time position. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, coordinate patient care with families, and document in the EHR according to Florida state regulations and professional standards.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 paid over 24 months for qualified candidates. New grads eligible; BSN preferred.

Job Shift: Nights

Job Type: Full Time

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. The RN utilizes evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards and adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The RN reviews orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum: Graduate of an RN program
• Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: New grad eligible for hire
• Preferred: 1 year experience as an RN

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

• Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida
• American Heart Association BLS & ACLS required
