AGAPE Family Health Care Services INC. is seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home, pediatric care on a part-time schedule of approximately 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform tracheostomy care, routine cleaning and trach changes.
• Administer prescribed medications to pediatric patient.
• Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and monitor patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and wheelchair use as needed.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Care | Part-Time | 30 Hrs/Week

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a pediatric client. This position offers consistent hours, scheduling flexibility, and long-term stability in a supportive home environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Preferred minimum coverage: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Saturday: Flexible between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
• Sunday: Early start preferred, as early as 8:00 AM; flexible end time
• Weekend scheduling is flexible based on availability

Responsibilities

• Perform tracheostomy care, including routine cleaning and trach changes
• Administer prescribed medications
• Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and monitor the patient's condition
• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and wheelchair use as needed
• Manage the evening routine, including post-school care, positioning, and bedtime preparation
• Organize and maintain medical supplies
• Provide attentive, compassionate, patient-centered care

Required – No Exceptions

• Active RN license
• Pediatric nursing experience REQUIRED
• Tracheostomy care experience REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to consistently work the assigned schedule
