Job summary

Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to children with medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Available patient cases, schedules, hours, and clinical needs vary.

Our recruiting team works to identify opportunities that align with each nurse's experience, skills, location, and availability. Pay is up to $42.00 per hour with shifts based on patient assignments.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia (GA)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to meet background and health screening requirements
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Clinical skills reviewed per assignment by clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
• Follow the patient's individualized plan of care.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Provide skilled nursing care including G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator and seizure care as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate with families and the Gentle Care clinical team.
• Provide patient and family education and support.

Education

Active, unrestricted Georgia RN license

Current CPR certification

• Provide patient and family education and support.
