BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses to provide complex pediatric home health care across Burlington County, NJ. The role focuses on infants and pediatric clients, with experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care essential.

You will join the Transition Team, delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting families as they transition to home-based care. Flexible shifts, including day and overnight options, are available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• NICU/PICU or home care trach/vent experience required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to educate BAYADA care team.
• Willingness to travel throughout Burlington County.
• Availability for a consistent schedule (including 1 shift per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric home health care, including trach/vent support.
• Deliver care in clients' homes across Burlington County.
• Assist with transitions from hospital to home-based care.

Job description

$45–$50 per hour

We have immediate openings for Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing complex, high-quality care to infant and pediatric clients in their homes throughout Burlington County, NJ. This position requires experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care. As a member of our Pediatric Transition Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting clients as they transition to home-based care. This role requires flexibility to travel throughout Burlington County and provide care to different clients based on staffing and patient care needs.

Qualifications for Transition Registered Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse
• NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
