BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking licensed RNs for pediatric home health care in New Jersey. Roles involve one-on-one care for medically complex children, including trach/vent care; paid training is provided and a sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered for this case.

Shifts include multiple options (day, evening, night; PT/FT/PRN) with flexible scheduling and support from BAYADA’s clinical team.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• CPR certification current
• Pediatric high-acuity care / trach and vent experience preferred (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home care
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care as required
• Document care using electronic health records
• Coordinate care with families and interdisciplinary team

Skills

Monday- 3p-11p

Tuesday- 7a-3p

Friday- 11p-7a

Saturday- 3p-11p and 11p-7a

Sunday- 7a-3p and 3p-11p

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:

• Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing
• Valid RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Trach and Vent experience is a plus, training provided to the right candidate
