Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Transition Licensed Practical Nurses to support infants and children with complex home care in Burlington County, NJ. You will join a dedicated transition team delivering high-quality, education-focused care and supporting the ongoing BAYADA care team.

We offer weekly pay, full- or part-time schedules, daytime and overnight options, comprehensive medical benefits, PTO, and ongoing training. Must have pediatric trach/vent experience and NJ LPN license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in NJ.
• NICU/PICU or home care trach/vent experience required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to educate BAYADA care team.
• Available for an ongoing, consistent schedule, including at least 1 shift per week and travel within Burlington County.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home care to infants and children with complex needs.
• Provide extensive training to the ongoing care team.
• Collaborate as part of the transition team to ensure smooth care delivery.

We have immediate opportunities for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the transition team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.

Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Pay: $29 to 45 per hour
