BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. seeks Transition Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver pediatric home health care in Burlington County, NJ. The role focuses on infants through young adults, including trach/vent patients, with duties on a floating team and extensive training for the care team.

Qualified LPNs must have NICU/PICU or home care trach/vent experience, CPR, and a willingness to travel. The position supports full-time or part-time scheduling with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Currently licensed as an LPN.
• Experience with NICU/PICU or home care trach/vent required.
• CPR certification current.
• Ability to teach and educate the BAYADA care team.
• Willingness to travel throughout Burlington County.
• Available to commit to an ongoing schedule (at least 1 shift/week).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality pediatric home health nursing care from infant to 21 years old.
• Deliver care in patients' homes as part of the BAYADA float team.
• Provide extensive training to the ongoing care team.
• Ensure compliance with pediatric home health protocols and safety standards.

We have immediate opportunities for LPNs interested in helping infants and children receive complex care at home in Burlington County, NJ. This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the float team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.

Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Pay: $29 to 45 per hour
