ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Care Center in Newark, DE. This part-time night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) position supports care for patients from birth to 17 years old within a 14-bed unit and includes weekend and holiday commitments per departmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required; ACLS & PALS certifications preferred

ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Care Center, located within the Women's & Children's building on our Newark Campus.

Our Pediatric Care Center features 14 beds and provides a unique blend of emergency and general pediatric acute care. As a Pediatric Care Center RN, you will care for patients from birth through age 17 with a wide range of conditions, including RSV, sepsis, asthma, fractures, gastrointestinal illnesses, head and body injuries, high fevers, infections, abdominal pain, and more.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your pediatric nursing skills while working in a collaborative, teamfocused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality, family-centered care.

Education and Experience Requirements

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
