Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an Operating Room Nurse to provide 1:1 patient care before, during, and after surgery at the Paoli Surgery Center. You will scrub and circulate, working with surgeons across GI, ENT, Urology, Gyn, Pain, Eyes, Plastics, and more.

Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually for full- or part-time staff, and opportunities to join Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, and the Clinical Ladder. Be part of a team dedicated to superior service and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience required.
• Graduation from a school of professional nursing (RN Diploma, ASN or BSN). BSN preferred.
• Current PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact (effective 9/5/23).
• Provider BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as specialty requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Scrub and circulate with Surgeons across multiple specialties.
• Engage in committees, research projects, and precepting new staff.

Experience:

• 1. Graduation from a school of professional nursing.RN Diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing or BSN degree. BSN degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1.Current PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact (effective 9/5/23).
• 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
