Job summary

Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, CA, part of the Central Valley Doctors Health System, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PCU. This full-time role offers dayshift and a potential sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for experienced RNs.

You will provide leadership, coordinate care, and ensure standards of nursing practice within a collaborative team. Qualifications include California RN licensure, a BSN, current BLS, ACLS within one year, and basic arrhythmia training within six months.

• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS within one year of hire, basic arrhythmia course within six months

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate services.
• Lead by delegating and collaborating with nursing and support staff to maintain standards of nursing practice.
• Deliver age-appropriate care to patients in PCU and related units.

Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN

The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient centered care. The RN provides leadership by delegating and working cooperatively and collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice and professional nursing performance in the clinical setting. The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education/Training

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing

Registration, Certification and or Licensure Required:

• Licensure to practice in the State of California
• Current BLS
• Completion of basic arrhythmia course within six months
• ACLS within one year
