Job summary

Emanuel Medical Center is recruiting an experienced RN for the PCU on night shifts in Turlock, CA. The RN will coordinate patient-centered care, lead the team, and ensure age-appropriate treatment while maintaining clinical standards.

The position includes a up-to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
• California RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS within one year.
• Completion of basic arrhythmia course within six months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate leadership by delegating tasks to the team.
• Maintain age-appropriate care for patients in PCU.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to uphold standards of practice.

Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN

Job Type: Full Time

Job Shift: Nights

Department: PCU

The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient centered care. The RN provides leadership by delegating and working cooperatively and collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice and professional nursing performance in the clinical setting. The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus.

Minimum Education/Training

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program


• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing

Registration, Certification and or Licensure Required:

• Licensure to practice in the State of California


• Current BLS


• Completion of basic arrhythmia course within six months


• ACLS within one year
