Job summary

North Shore Health in Hammond, WI is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, you will assess residents, implement care plans, and document outcomes to support resident-centered care.

We offer wages up to $48.25 per hour, flexible scheduling, multiple full-time, part-time and PRN shifts, shift differentials for PM and NOC, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current CPR certification

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
