Job summary

North Shore Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin to join our care‑driven team. The RN will provide resident‑centered nursing care under supervision, performing assessments and implementing plans of care across shifts.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
