North Shore Health's Wausau Manor Health Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our resident-centered care team.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, you will provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care, with a focus on clinical excellence and teamwork across shifts. Qualificações

• Active RN license and current CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.
