Menominee Health Services is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess residents, and implement care plans in a resident-centered environment within North Shore Health’s network.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to train new graduates.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

• Active RN license and current CPR certification

• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support
