Memorial Physician Practices is seeking an RN for Recovery/PACU at Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, NV. The role emphasizes accurate patient assessments, timely nursing interventions, and care tailored to patient condition and age.
You will document medical necessity and contribute to the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient. Qualifications include a current Nevada RN license, an associate's degree in nursing, BLS with ACLS/PALS within one year, and preferred ASLS.

Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs

Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments
Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessanassociate'sdegree from an accredited nursing school.Additionalrequirements include:
Basic Life Support certification isrequired.
ACLS and PALS within one year of hire.
One year of experience preferred.
ASLS certification preferred.
