Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, NV is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee patient care, complete care plans, and ensure timely documentation in the medical record. The role emphasizes assessment, intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration within a 75-bed acute care setting.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and BLS; ACLS/PALS are required, with 1 year of experience preferred. ASLS certification is a plus.
