Job summary

Trinity Health's Grand Haven Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the day shift. You will assess patients, collect data, and develop care plans in collaboration with the team. No weekends or holidays, with competitive salaries and shift differentials.

Requirements include current Michigan RN license, BSN preferred, BLS, ACLS and PALS or cert within 1 year, and prior nursing experience. You will document care and monitor progress to drive patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan (BSN preferred).
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS or completion of these within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation.
• Formulates, communicates, and documents nursing diagnosis based on assessment of health data collected.
• Develop, communicate, and document a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Implement, communicate, and document the interventions identified in the plan of care.
• Evaluate and document patient’s progress.
