Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Haven Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the day shift. The role requires current Michigan RN licensure, BSN preferred, and active BLS; ACLS/PALS or completion within one year is expected.

Prior nursing clinical experience is required. Responsibilities include data collection, care planning, nursing diagnoses, implementing interventions, and ongoing progress evaluation.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS.
• Current ACLS and PALS or completion within 1 year of hire.
• Previous nursing clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
• Formulates, communicates, and documents nursing diagnosis based on assessment of health data collected.
• Develop, communicate, and document a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Implement, communicate, & document the interventions identified in the plan of care.
• Evaluate and document patient’s progress

Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: What you will work: Day shift, variable start time. No weekends or holidays.

What you will need: Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred Current BLS Current ACLS and PALS or completion of this certification within 1 year of hire into the position. Previous nursing clinical experience required.
