Job summary

Allure of Sterling is hiring an RN or LPN to provide skilled nursing care on our night shift. This role requires an active Illinois RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges. We offer competitive hourly pay ($40–$42 for RNs and $32–$37 for LPNs), night differential ($2/hour), a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, and a $5,000

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and perform treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Supervise and support CNAs during your shift.
• Follow infection prevention standards and protect residents’ dignity, privacy, and safety.
