Job summary

Allure of Sterling is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care at our skilled nursing facility in Sterling, IL.

We offer sign-on bonuses of $7,500 full-time and $5,000 part-time, day and night shifts, base wages of LPN $32-$37/hr and RN $40/hr, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, daily pay option, and supportive staffing ratios.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants during assigned shifts.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow physician orders and facility policies.
• Complete incident and accident reports when necessary.
• Provide skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other treatments within scope of practice.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication.
• Follow infection control standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.
• Promote a respectful and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Allure of Sterling is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Nurses provide direct clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive the highest level of care, safety, and dignity.

This role works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and supports the facility's mission of delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
