Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK seeks a day shift, full-time Surgery (OR) Circulator Registered Nurse to join our OR team. The role focuses on coordinating perioperative care and ensuring patient safety.

You will work with a collaborative team, require a valid Oklahoma RN license, BLS/ACLS, and CNOR is a plus. We offer tuition assistance, benefits, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to direct patient care.
• ACLS certification required.
• Must possess a current Oklahoma RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per HHS standards.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care on the assigned unit.
• Assess data to identify patient’s age-specific needs.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care per policies.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing,evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective andquality patient care.
• Able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary toprovide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrateknowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflectiveof the patient’s status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative tohis/her age-specific needs.
• Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modificationand implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective andquality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Adhere to andabide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
