ChristianaCare SurgiCenter in Newark, DE is seeking an Operating Room RN II to join a fast-paced surgical team. You will scrub and circulate across multiple specialties and support high-quality patient care.

BSN required, RN licensure, CNOR a plus, with at least 2 years OR experience. Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months. The role offers a full-time schedule, no weekends or holidays.

Position: Operating Room RN II $10K Sign-On (For eligible candidate) Location: ChristianaCare SurgiCenter – Newark, DE Schedule: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly) Hours: Monday–Friday (shift varies between the hours 0700-1530) including PRN coverage No weekends. No holidays. No call.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
