Job summary

ChristianaCare's Wilmington Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse II for our Operating Room team. The role involves collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to deliver safe, high-quality surgical care and guide patients and families through the surgical journey.

Qualifications

• BSN is preferred.
• Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Current RN licensure required.
• At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred.
• CNOR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality surgical care in a fast-paced OR.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support patients and families throughout the surgical journey.
• Collaborate to deliver excellent patient outcomes and care.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
