ChristianaCare SurgiCenter in Newark, DE is seeking an Operating Room RN II to join a fast-paced surgical team delivering exceptional patient care in a state‑of‑the‑art setting. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating across specialties such as Cysto, General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Urology and Plastics, with a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

• MUST HAVE at least 2 years of major operating room experience.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in a fast-paced surgical setting across multiple specialties.
• Deliver exceptional surgical care in Cysto, General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Urology and Plastics.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Position: Operating Room RN II
Location: ChristianaCare SurgiCenter – Newark, DE
Schedule: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)
Hours: Monday–Friday (shift varies between the hours 0700-1530) including PRN coverage
No weekends. No holidays. No call.

Requirements

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
