The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating clinical activities of the nursing unit(s) with 24-hour accountability. Provides support across units, acts as a role model, mentor, and educator. Develops unit goals to improve patient outcomes and fosters a culture of excellence. Represents the unit to internal and external stakeholders and participates in hospital-wide committees and professional development. Involves in budget development and monitoring.
