Job summary

Regency Hospital - Toledo in Sylvania, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. The role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months, with a sign-on bonus up to 15,000.

You will admit and transfer patients, perform assessments, document accurately, and participate in rapid response and codes. The hospital offers extensive orientation, tuition reimbursement, clinical ladder progressions, and comprehensive benefits including PTO and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Sylvania, OH

Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift(7:00 pm to 7:30 am; 12-Hour Shifts)

Compensation: $38.90 to $52.37 Per Hour; Based on years of experience and Shift differentials on nights and weekends

Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000

*This position requires the ability to pick up shifts at both our Sylvania and Oregon locations, as needed.
