Job summary

Select Medical Regency Hospital in Oregon, OH seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am (12-hour shifts). Compensation ranges from $38.90 to $52.37 per hour, with shift differentials on nights and weekends. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered.

You must be able to pick up shifts at Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed. Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital, part of Select Medical, focused on world-class inpatient post-ICU care.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License is required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Respond to Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
