Job summary

Regency Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift in Oregon, OH. The role runs 7:00 pm–7:30 am on 12-hour shifts.

Compensation ranges from $38.90 to $52.37 per hour, with shift differentials on nights and weekends, plus a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. The RN will participate in admissions/transfers, conduct thorough patient assessments, document using appropriate systems, interpret labs and telemetry, and ensure orders are transcribed accurately.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret labs, telemetry, and other diagnostic data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Demonstrate competence in rapid response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
