Job summary

Regency Hospital in Sylvania, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift (12-hour shifts, 7:00 pm–7:30 am). Compensation ranges from $38.90 to $52.37 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

The RN will participate in admissions/transfers, perform ongoing patient assessments, document accurately, interpret labs/telemetry, and ensure orders are transcribed correctly. We offer strong orientation, tuition reimbursement, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document accurately using the hospital systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Demonstrate competence in rapid response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
