Job summary

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The RN will support rehabilitation plans and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a valid RN license, strong geriatric care knowledge, and current BLS/CPR certification. You will work on a full-time night shift, mentoring CNAs and ensuring compassionate, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations.
• Foster a safe, therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
