Job summary

South Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents and support rehabilitation plans while collaborating with clinicians to ensure high-quality care.

Join us for a night shift from 11pm to 7am with shift differential, competitive RN wages, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Strong clinical skills with geriatric/rehabilitation care knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed per facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
