Job summary

Regency Hospital - Florence is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) at Regency Hospital - Florence. The role offers a competitive hourly compensation of $40.17 to $53.00, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The RN will participate in admissions and transfers, conduct patient assessments, document accurately, and respond to rapid responses and code events. Strong clinical skills and current RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document accurately using appropriate systems in a timely manner.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Handle rapid response and code events competently.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
