Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an experienced General Medicine Telemetry nurse to care for medically complex patients on the night shift. This role welcomes new graduates and offers strong leadership support, preceptors, and a culture focused on growth and exceptional care.

Night shifts run 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays, and no routine on-call. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is available for eligible external candidates.
