Job summary

MedStar Health in Washington, DC is expanding with a new 16-bed General Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit (C6-1). You will deliver patient-centered care, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a nursing degree (ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL), a valid DC RN license, and BLS. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, generous PTO, tuition assistance, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior clinical nursing experience required.
• Active DC RN license and BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to manage complex medical/surgical patients.
• Deliver skilled nursing care and monitor patient status and safety.
