Select Specialty Hospital - Augusta is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) new graduate to join our dedicated team in Augusta, GA. Work full-time with day or night schedules and a competitive $38.64/hour wage plus a $5k or $15k sign-on bonus depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the physician and preceptor, ensure implementation of the assessment plan and follow-up of the plan of care.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Develop a nursing care plan with problem identification, nursing diagnoses, orders, interventions and discharge planning.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementing and evaluating rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.

Schedule: Full-Time - Days - 7:00am-7:30pm or Nights - 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Compensation: $38.64 per hour
