How You’ll Contribute
- Delivering safe, evidence‑based care with the support of experienced preceptors
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to shape exceptional patient experiences
- Leveraging advanced technology and clinical tools to support patient well‑being
- Participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations
- Building confidence and competence through hands‑on practice and mentorship
Rotations Through Specialty Areas
- Medical‑Surgical Units (2) – broad exposure to diverse patient populations
- Telemetry Unit – develop strong cardiac and monitoring skills
- Adult Behavioral Health Unit – build therapeutic communication skills and support patients with mental health needs
- Women’s Services (Labor & Delivery, Postpartum) – maternal, newborn, and gynecological care
- Emergency Department – dynamic, fast‑paced environment with strong provider‑nurse collaboration
- Endoscopy – assist with diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures and develop procedural nursing skills

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program
- 0–6 months RN experience
- American Heart Association BLS required
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement)
