Wellbridge of Pinckney is seeking dedicated RN or LPN staff to join our EPIC Award Winning team. You will perform a range of nursing duties, ensure patient comfort, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a 12-hour shift setting.

Formación

• Michigan RN license or LPN license is required.
• Current CPR-BLS certification is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Long Term Care experience is REQUIRED.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and rehabilitation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families on changes to medications and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to patients' well-being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including direction, training, and evaluations.

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 12 hour shifts - Full Time or Part Time positions available!

How you will help people every day:

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Michigan Registered Nurse RN License Required OR LPN Practical Nurse
• Current CPR-BLS certification required
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Long Term Care Experience REQUIRED!
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
