Job summary

WellBridge of Grand Blanc is seeking an LPN to join our skilled nursing team in Grand Blanc, MI. You will provide specialized nursing care across orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, and neurology areas, while leveraging advanced technology within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

You will perform wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, and patient/family education, with opportunities for career growth. This role supports 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise on changes to medications and care plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for patient well‑being.
• Oversee Nurse Aide team with direction, training, and evaluations.

You will earn: up to $36.40 per hour!

• Starting Wages: $29.00 - 33.00 per hour, based on years of certification
• PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay

How you will help people every day:

• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• REQUIRED: A current license to practice as an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse in Michigan ; Current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
