Position Overview

Location: Florence, Alabama – situated in Northwestern Alabama along the scenic Tennessee River. Enjoy recreational activities such as fishing, boating on Wilson Lake, visiting Key Cave National Wildlife Refuge, or taking a lake cruise on Wheeler Lake.

Department Summary

Surgical Services at North Alabama Medical Center includes 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, 6 Pre-Admission Testing rooms, and 30 same-day surgery rooms. Our team comprises trained surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, technologists, and certified nurse anesthetists dedicated to providing outstanding, compassionate care from pre-op to discharge.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
• Preferred: One year of experience
