Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical care in Elko, NV. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, age-appropriate nursing interventions, and meticulous medical documentation in the patient record.
You will participate in the interdisciplinary care planning and ensure timely QA assessments while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on high-quality care.

ARegistered Nurse (RN)who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
Identifiesandinitiatesappropriate nursinginterventions
Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments
Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessanassociate'sdegree from an accredited nursing school.Additionalrequirements include:
Basic Life Support certification isrequired.
ACLS and PALS arerequired.
One year of experience preferred.
ASLS certification preferred.
